Now, run 'IDM crack for life.exe*' with administrative privileges
Click on 'Auto' check-box
Type the name with which you want the IDM to be registered

Search for a file named "IDMGrHlp.exe"

Now, search another file named "IdmBroker.exe"
Rename it as "IDMGrHlp.exe" and save it
Restart your PC for the changes to take place
