It is a very effective tool that allows you to easily chat. Just use a username provided by the software or sign up (optional) to chat, you can even choose your own nickname to chat without signup!!.
But, you have to open the chat app and then only you can chat.....
It will not promote you to chat but it will show you the number of online user........
